Sport4Kids is leading provider of sport and exercise for children in the UK. Our industry experts have spent years researching world class sports coaching methodology to create some of the most innovative programmes for children between the ages of 18 months to 14 years. S4K need enthusiastic, energetic and committed individuals to join our rapidly expanding team and begin their journey in the Sports and Education Industry.

This qualification is aimed at individuals who are already working in a Sports Coaching role or are looking to start a Sports Coaching role. The sport and activity sector plays an important role in improving the health and well-being of the nation and provides a positive environment which supports people to grow and develop through sport and physical activity. We are currently offering two qualifications, Level 2 Community Activator Coach and Level 4 Sports Coaching. The qualifications covers a range of topics including:

• Understanding the benefits of physical activity

• Understanding the importance of effective coaching and leadership

• Understand the basic principles of behaviour change

• Understand the role of the coach

• Planning and adapting sessions to suit the needs of the customer

• Working collaboratively with sports clubs and other community asset and much more…

Hours
As part of this apprenticeship you will be required to work 30 hours a week, this will include days during the week and at the weekend.

Payment
You can earn between £7,000-16,300 per annum dependant on age, qualification and experience.
