How to implement new confirmation emails:

1. View Here – Copy and paste the content from our templates into a new Google Doc.
2. View Here – Make changes that are relevant to your session. If you’re changing a Membership confirmation email, be sure to change the kit claim code to your area! (if you don’t know what it is – follow below steps and locate an existing confirmation email – the code will be in here).
3. View Here – Once you’re happy with your templates, select all the content within the doc that you’d like to be included in your emails, and copy it all.
4. View Here – Head over to Sports Fusion (SMS) and locate your sessions you’d like to update the confirmation emails for.
5. View Here – Click the edit button and locate confirmation emails. The first email that appears is the Member confirmation email, followed by the taster confirmation email (kit detail appears in membership confirmation but NOT taster confirmation)
6. View Here – Delete all existing content and replace it by pasting what was in the Google Doc.
7. View Here – Set links for all images/ buttons throughout the email (double click on image or select it, press the link button and paste in the corresponding link from the template Doc).
8. View Here – Once you have set all links, click update to save the changes (follow the above process for both taster & member confirmation emails).
9. View Here – To implement the email across other sessions, we recommend copying your original email directly out of the email editor in SMS (where you’ve set the links). This way you won’t have to keep on manually setting links, as they will all copy over.
