Childcare Vouchers and Tax Free Childcare

Sport4Kids accept over 20 types of Childcare Voucher or Tax Free Childcare, allowing parents to use their salary sacrifice childcare vouchers or leverage the Government’s Tax-Free Childcare Scheme to cover the cost of your child’s exciting Sport4Kids experience, across a range of our different services, including our holiday camps and wraparound care clubs. Sport4Kids full list of accepted vouchers are below, we allow for full or partial payment at checkout. Take advantage of this opportunity to combine your vouchers with our existing offers and discounts, making your child’s camp/care experience even more affordable and enjoyable. Please note, we are unable to accept Childcare Vouchers or the Government’s Tax Free Childcare Scheme for services including Skills Classes and Academies, activity specific after-school clubs and birthday parties.

Using Childcare Vouchers

Sport4Kids accept childcare vouchers as a form of full or part payment for qualifying childcare that is registered and approved. Please find a list of our childcare voucher provider account numbers below. If you are unable to find your provider listed, please contact our team on 0300 303 3866.

Please note, our childcare voucher booking process updated on 28/06/2023 at 3.15pm and affects any bookings from this date/time. We now require a minimum £1.00 deposit by credit or debit card to complete the booking process and set up an automatic payment.

How to use childcare vouchers:

Complete the initial part of the booking by providing the customer and child’s details.
If using a promotional code, on the payment page, click ‘Use Promotional Code’ and enter the code. Please ensure any promotional codes are applied before entering the childcare voucher details.
On the payment page, click ‘Use Childcare Voucher’, enter the details and click ‘Submit’.
Click ‘Card Payment’ and pay the £1.00 deposit or remaining booking balance.
We set up an automatic payment on your card and payment will be automatically collected from your card 14 days after the booking date if cleared payment of funds via childcare vouchers is not received. Please note, childcare voucher payments can take a few days to reach us and the earlier you can send your childcare vouchers the better. If childcare vouchers are received after 14 days, payment will be collected from your card and refunded once payment via childcare vouchers has been received.
To make a payment using your childcare vouchers or government tax free childcare scheme you will need our account number provided below. Please log into your childcare provider account, use the account number to find us and send over the booking amount. Please use your booking reference or child’s name as your payment reference.

Please note, we do not accept payment using Bright Horizons or My Family Care childcare vouchers.

Cleared Funds:

We require cleared payment of funds within 14 days of the booking being made.
Payment via childcare vouchers can take up to 5 working days to clear and reach us from the provider.
Please make payment via childcare vouchers as soon as possible. If the childcare voucher payment is not received within 14 days of the booking being made, you will receive up to three payment reminder emails during this period, after which your card will be charged.
Once we have received your childcare voucher payment and cross-referenced it against your booking, you will receive an automated email confirming receipt of the amount paid and any remaining amount due.
If we receive payment for the full booking amount via childcare vouchers, the £1.00 deposit will be refunded.
