Practice@Home

Practice@Home videos are available on the S4K App to any members with a child between the ages of 18 months – 14 years. They access the app by using their booking system login. This tells the app what course they’re booked on to, and so what content is relevant to appear.

As well as asking coaches to routinely mention Practice@Home videos after sessions at venues, you can also hand out leaflets to increase uptake of the app amongst existing customers, whilst also handing one out to each new customer that comes through the door. The app is a great tool for customer retention, so needs to be utilised.
