Windsor Boys School

Welcome to The Windsor Boys School, home to our Wildcats Centre in Windsor. S4K Football is based on the Dutch Coerver, Spanish Tiki-Taka and Brazilian Futsal Methods. We develop our children’s mini and micro motor skills, using the Montessori teaching method and the best practices from child psychology and children’s learning. Each class has a dedicated curriculum, and every player gains access to our S4K App, which house our monthly Practice@Home Videos.

Age Groups

We cater for children from 6 to 14 years at our S4K Football Academy. Click on the links below to read more about your child’s age group…

S4K Academy (Under 7 and 8s)

This is the entry age group for our S4K Football Academy. Children are provided with their S4K Level One and S4K Level Two Practice@Home books and curriculum for skill development. They take part in 5a side teams in our S4K Football Club and play against local league sides, learning our mantras and our philosophy of skills first during match play.

S4K Academy (Under 9s and 10s)

At this age group, children tend to be embedded in the S4K Way of playing and this allows us to teach more sophisticated tactics and match play. Players progress onto the S4K Academy Level Three and Level Four assessments and Practice@Home books. We welcome new children at this age too and continue our focus on ball mastery and creating technically balanced players between left and right feet while playing 7a side matches in our S4K Football Club.

S4K Academy (Under 11s and 12s)

Children take part in our S4K Football Club, playing in 9a side matches that include the offside rule. Players progress to the S4K Academy Level Five and Six assessment stages. Children are encouraged to continue using skills in games on their left and right feet as they compete for league and cup victories in local FA registered leagues.

S4K Academy (Under 13s and 14s)

Children (now teens) take part in 11a side football matches against other S4K teams in our elite development fixtures as well as competing in FA registered leagues. Children move through the S4K Level Seven and Eight assessments for skill development and continue to play the S4K Way, showcasing our skills first philosophy.

Do S4K offer a trial session?

Absolutely. We feel it is important for parents and children to try an activity before they sign up. You can book a taster by clicking here.

How much do S4K classes cost?

Our S4K Academy classes cost £43.95 per month and lessons are 90 minutes each week. There is a membership fee of £25.00 which provides your child with the S4K Football Academy strip.

Are S4K sessions held indoors or outdoors?

S4K Academy lessons tend to take place outdoors on artificial or grass pitches and require children to wear moulded football studs. Check the details of our venues when you book a taster to find out about a specific venue’s facilities.

Are your coaches qualified?

Sport4Kids coaches are truly special. It takes 4 months and 24 examinations to move past the trainee level of coach. Coaches graduate through our Coaching Development Pathway, which involves technical coaching, child behaviour management, child psychology and safeguarding. All coaches are DBS checked and extremely passionate about what they do too!

Does S4K classes stop for school holidays?

Our classes do not stop for half-term or the summer holidays so we are always on hand to entertain your children. As a rule, it is generally safe to assume that we are operating. We will of course communicate with you if there are any planned or last minute changes.

Do S4K have teams that play in local leagues?

As children reach the age of 6 years, they are able to take part in the non-profit S4K Football Club and play against local league sides in FA registered leagues and tournaments. This allows them to pit their skills against the best oppositions in the area. Click here to read more about S4K FC.

*What happens after a paid trial?

Your subscription will start on the date you have stated during the booking process. In the event you wish to cancel following your Trial, please notify us via email (enquiries@sport4kids.biz) within two days following the Trial date. Once this date has passed, we will require at least two weeks notice before the next payment date to cancel the subscription.
